National Storytelling Initiative on Christian Faith and Life
Trinity United Church of Christ was awarded a grant from Lilly Endowment Inc. through its National Storytelling Initiative on Christian Faith and Life. The grant supports the Rooted series — a landmark collection of stories rooted in Black spiritual traditions, designed to celebrate and amplify the unique cultural and spiritual experiences of the Black community.
Rooted will encompass the production of films, music, podcasts, and educational curricula — all produced under the Unashamed Media Group banner.
